78 River Road. This charming cottage is our smallest house with one bedroom and one bath. It is heated and open for year round use. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and a brick fireplace, a dining room table and a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen. There are sliding glass doors to the screened front porch where there is a table and chairs. The bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors onto a patio porch. The bathroom has a stall shower and an antique claw foot tub.
